Pulverizer
Kyokuto Kaihatsu's pulverizer developed as a dedicated crusher for domestic waste and industrial waste offers not only durability, various excellent features distinctive of vertical swing hammer.
With vertical structure adopting free fall and simple structure without special waste collector, this crusher is economic and available for various wastes.
The inserted waste becomes thin according to sequential drop from rough crush to thin crush, and is surely selected and collected in the subsequent process. Also, finely-crushed grain improves fineness of unburnable landfill garbage and contributes space-saving of landfill garbage.
Due to the air exhausted with dust, ventilation in the crusher is accelerated, and occurrence of explosion accident decreases. Also, due to ITV camera mounted on the upper part of the vertical axis where no crushed material reaches, the operation condition of crusher can be monitored directly and safe operation can be conducted.
The vertical axis of rotation is supported firmly by upper and lower bearings, having excellent durability that prevents entrance of foreign materials and explosion accident. Also, the unique swing hammer prevents from shock of dust to guard the machine and reduces vibration and driving force.
By operating only one switch, the clockwise and counter clockwise rotations of rotor can be selected and the both sides of hammer can be used with a proper balance, resulting in reduction of time for replacement of the hammer.
A large hammer has a unique system available to replace only worn, resulting in reasonable price and easy working.
